Four 10-hour shifts per week On-call responsibilities included

Key Qualifications:

Certified Surgical Technologist (preferred, but previous placements did not require certification) 2-4 years of recent experience as an ORT or Surgical Technologist Strong experience assisting with trauma cases Demonstrated proficiency working across orthopedic, neuro, and vascular surgeries Ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other members of the operating room team

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide necessary instruments and supplies Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols Assist with pre-op and post-op room setup, as well as instrument sterilization Respond promptly and efficiently during emergencies and trauma cases Support seamless operations during on-call hours as scheduled Maintain clear, accurate documentation throughout the surgical process In addition to excellent teamwork and the chance to expand your surgical expertise, this role offers a competitive compensation of $61.90 per hour with no agency fees.
