Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Current certification as a Surgical Tech (CST), or equivalent experience for non-certified applicants Proficiency in perioperative nursing or technical roles within the operating room Strong understanding of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and room preparation Demonstrated ability to anticipate surgical needs and support lead surgeons efficiently Adaptability to varied surgical specialties and facility protocols Compassionate, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms for a variety of surgical procedures Ensure all equipment and instruments are sterile and ready Assist surgical teams proactively during operations Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control standards Document procedures accurately and thoroughly Support post-operative transitions as needed
