Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Mason to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of masonry tasks with precision and efficiency, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will help ensure that all masonry work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and durability. Responsibilities Prepare and set concrete forms, install rebar reinforcement, and perform concrete finishing to create sturdy structures. Lay bricks, blocks, stone, and tiles with precision, ensuring proper alignment and adherence to specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and effectively on site. Install building materials such as stucco, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roof components as needed. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate tasks during renovation and restoration projects. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Requirements Proven construction experience with a strong background in masonry work. Skilled in concrete forming, rebar installation, tile laying, stucco application, and plastering techniques. Familiarity with building material installation including metal stud framing and roof components. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding apparatus safely. Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus. Strong understanding of safety standards and OSHA regulations on construction sites. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to interpret blueprint specifications accurately.
