Our Company is based in the Boston Neighborhood, Hyde Park, Massachusetts. Reform Masonry is an established Masonry Company that has been erecting and repairing commercial structures in Massachusetts for 30+ years. This position is Full time, Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am-4:00 pm. Must Have Transportation. Duties are as follows, but not limited Perform all duties assigned by Owner or Foreman. Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation or other tasks. Remove damaged Brick Mix specific amount of sand, cement, lime, and water to form mortar Spread mortar on slabs and surfaces to fuse bricks or blocks together Use tools to clean and polish the surface of finished brickwork Clean up job site at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team Listening to direction so that work is done properly, and safety is maintained Display a good eye for detail Take pride in one's work Qualification and Skills High School diploma/GED preferred Ability to lift, move, and work with tools and material such as cement bags and blocks Ability to complete work on time and budget with minimal supervision Ability to work with others Communication skills Ability to work in all weather conditions
