Job Overview Collins Landscaping, LLC is a growing, family-owned hardscape contractor specializing in high-end patios, outdoor living spaces, retaining walls, pool projects, veneer, and custom masonry throughout Mansfield, MA and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Hardscape Installer / Mason to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, understands proper installation techniques, and wants to build high-end projects from start to finish. What You'll Do Install paver patios, walkways, outdoor living spaces, and terraces Build retaining walls, seat walls, steps, and other masonry structures Install natural stone and manufactured stone veneer Install pool coping, pool decks, and surrounding hardscape Perform concrete work, including forming, grading, base preparation, placing, finishing, and cleanup Perform layout, grading, excavation, and site preparation Operate skid steers, mini excavators, plate compactors, and other construction equipment Read and work from project plans and layouts Maintain proper elevations, pitches, drainage, and grades Work with a variety of stone, pavers, concrete, and masonry materials Assist with demolition and preparation of existing sites Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Work as part of a team while maintaining high standards for craftsmanship and production What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in hardscape, masonry, concrete, or related construction preferred Strong experience installing patios, walls, veneer, pool coping, or concrete Ability to operate skid steers and mini excavators Ability to read plans and accurately perform layout Understanding of proper base preparation, compaction, drainage, grading, and installation techniques Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Pay:

$28.00 - $38.00 per hour
