Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our field team. This role involves performing skilled masonry work on commercial projects, including block, brick, stone, and exterior façade systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to producing high‑quality work. Key Responsibilities Lay brick, block, and stone with precision and consistency Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Measure, cut, and shape materials as needed Mix mortar and grout to proper consistency Install flashing, anchors, and other masonry components Maintain a clean and safe work area Collaborate with foremen and crew members to meet project timelines Operate hand tools, power tools, and masonry equipment safely Assist with setup, staging, and material handling Follow all company safety standards and jobsite protocols Qualifications Minimum 3 years of masonry experience in commercial or industrial construction Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, and tools Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Experience with brick, block, and stone installation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Commitment to safety and quality workmanship What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and retirement benefits Opportunities for advancement and skill development Supportive, team‑focused work environment Steady, year‑round work on high‑quality projects
