Duties Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute masonry projects according to specifications. Mix, apply, and finish concrete and mortar to create solid foundations, walls, facades, and decorative features. Lay bricks, stones, blocks, and tiles with precision to achieve desired patterns and aesthetic effects. Construct and dismantle masonry scaffolding safely while adhering to all safety protocols on-site. Perform plastering and stone masonry work to enhance building exteriors and interiors. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment efficiently for various construction tasks. Skills Knowledge of building material installation such as bricklaying, stonework, caulking. Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction site operations. Ability to interpret blueprint specifications thoroughly while maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout all phases of construction.
