Summary We are seeking skilled Stone Masons or anyone interested in becoming a Stone Mason to join our team at Lakes Area Masonry. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing walls, floors, and other structures using brick, stone, blocks, and other materials. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful completion of our projects. Responsibilities Install brick, stone, and block according to specifications and blueprints. Mix mortar and other materials as needed for construction. Install structures such as walls, and arches with precision. Ensure that all work meets quality standards and safety regulations. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project efficiency. Requirements Ability to work hard and learn about the masonry trade. Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in the construction industry. (preferred, but not required) Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials. (preferred, but not required) Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. (preferred, but not required) Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in masonry work. (preferred, but not required) Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
