Job Description Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor in outdoor conditions at commercial and residential construction sites. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, clean and prepare jobsites, erect scaffolding, clean up debris and remove waste material. Read blueprints or drawings to assist in the materials needed for a project.

• Cut or saw bricks to fit around windows and doors, and break or cut other materials to the required size.
• Mix mortar and grout
• Use hand tools or power tools to clean and polish surfaces.
• Fill expansion joints with caulking materials.
• Assist with building layout, framing, sheathing, and roofing structures.
• May also repair or replace damaged sections of concrete structures, or cut openings into walls, ceilings, and floors.
