Gershenson Construction, is an established and growing heavy highway, bridge, and sewer contractor since 1977, has an immediate opening for a Cement Mason Lead Person for prevailing wage roadwork projects in the St. Louis area. We hire both union and non-union finishers, paying Journeyman cement mason's (AFL-CIO) wages and benefits or more. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in roadway construction, concrete paving, and structural concrete work. Experience working on government-funded projects (MoDOT, MSD, St. Louis County) is required. Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership skills to supervise crews, manage daily schedules, coordinate concrete ready-mix, and strictly enforce safety, quality, and production standards on site.
