In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and renovation projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable structures, beautiful finishes, and functional spaces that meet client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to residential builds, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques and tools. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Perform brickwork, CMU , full structural rebuild work, rig scaffolding and hydromobil and restoration tasks to create durable foundations and surfaces. Install rebar in CMU for structural support in various building projects. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently on construction sites. Execute masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, tile laying, and trim carpentry. Read and follow safety protocols while working with welding equipment and other specialized tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on , masonry, or related trades. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical instructions. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and project planning. Ability to perform rebar installation, stucco application, tile laying, and other finishing techniques. Experience working on renovation projects or restoration work is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
