Offer Paid Training & Skill Development:

We provide comprehensive in-house training and pay for your external continuing education. You'll master chimney service and inspection, gas fireplace repair/installation, masonry, roof safety, wood framing, and more.

Competitive Pay & Fast Earnings Growth:

Starting Pay:

$21-$24/hour (depending on experience). Year 1

Earning Potential:

$52,000-$80,000+ once qualified as a lead technician.
