Job summary Richardson Masonry Group builds and restores real stone work — patios, walls, fireplaces, pier caps — on residential projects across Bucks County. We're a small, established company with steady work lined up through the year. No big-city commute, no corporate layers, just real stonework done right. Duties Lay stone and brick to spec, working from plans Work independently on sections of a job with minimal supervision Cut, fit, and set stone to a finished standard Guide and check work of laborers/helpers on your section Keep tools and the job site clean at the end of each day Qualifications 3+ years hands masonry experience (stone and flagstone preferably) Comfortable reading plans and working independently Own basic hand tools Valid driver's license required Must work well with others Benefits (once you get to that field — after 6 months with the company) 401(k) Health insurance Paid vacation
