Cider Mill Landscapes is a custom landscape design and build firm looking to fill a long-term career position. Candidate must be a high energy, positive thinker that is team oriented and goal driven. We are seeking a highly skilled hardscaper for keen attention to detail. Must be willing to work with others and manage a safe, neat and healthy job siteResponsibilities and Duties:
Transport trucks, equipment and materials to job sites Manage projects safely and efficiently Operate equipment and tools Communicate with designer to ensure project is completed to expectations Communicate with clients and team members Maintain proper cleanliness and safety procedures on job sites Help achieve company set sales, quality and production goalsRequirements:
3 years masonry or landscaping Positive attitude and willingness to work WITH others Valid driver's license Strong communication skills Good physical health and able to lift 50 lbs.Compensation:
$25-32/hr based on skills and experience.Bonuses and commissions based on sales and production goals. Benefits and retirement packages available.
