Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced hardscaper with a portfolio to assist with unique projects in Nashville. We do things like rain garden beds, work with boulders, gravel and decorative stone, flagstone, cobblestone, pavers, edges, etc. Will also need to have expereince in landscaping and be able to perform landscaping serrvices when not hardscaping. Plant knowledge a giant plus. Responsibilities Interpret physical designs and oral instructions to execute jobs in a professional and detailed manner. Prepare sites by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up necessary safety barriers. Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and mini-excavators to facilitate excavation and material placement. Install various building materials including stone, brick, concrete pavers, and masonry components with precision. Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing materials to meet project specifications. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and standards throughout each phase of the project. Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain a clean work environment. Perform landscaping tasks such as weeding, brush removal, planting, mulching, and leaf removal when not hardscaping. Qualifications

RELIABILITY

Proficiency in using apps to take instructions and documents details (Jobber and slack) Strong knowledge of masonry, stonework, material installation techniques, machinework

•concrete a bonus. Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, and related machinery. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for precise installation tasks Outdoor work experience

Pay:

$28.00

•$34.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0
