CCI is a value-driven, family-oriented company looking for an "Mason Foreman" who has a passion for exceeding expectations. Essential Functions The Mason Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading crews/workers engaged in masonry for industrial and commercial building works in construction, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Organizes, leads, and supervises masons' tasks on a daily basis Laying of brick, block and stone per blueprints, plans or drawings Determines work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile assignments through review of work orders, plans or drawings; keeping the brick, block or stone level at different heights and straightness Enforces schedule of project by keeping track of quantity of material being laid daily Layout of windows, doors, walls, etc. Knows and organizes layout of building Placement of materials on walls Verifying scaffolding is safe Striking and finishing of brick, block, and stone Qualifications Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a crew of masons with the knowledge of commercial construction. Driver's License along with proof of auto insurance according to CCI standards. CDL preferred. Completion of OSHA 10 Hour, First Aid/CPR, Forklift and Aerial certifications are required within the first year of employment.
