Compensation $70,000 - $90,000 annually Based on experience Company vehicle provided Company fuel card Company-provided specialty tools and equipment Competitive benefits Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company What You'll Be Responsible For As a Masonry Technician, you'll complete a variety of residential masonry projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

Tuckpointing chimneys Chimney rebuilds and repairs Brick repair and replacement Stone veneer installation Stone and brick accent walls Masonry work associated with siding and exterior remodeling projects Smaller masonry repair projects Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the project Working closely with our Production and Sales teams Bonus Skills (Not Required) If you also enjoy the customer-facing side of the business, we'd love to hear from you. Additional skills that are a plus include: Meeting with homeowners Diagnosing masonry issues Measuring projects Ordering materials Selling repair or replacement work If sales isn't your passion, that's okay too. Our Sales Team is here to support you so you can focus on what you do best, quality craftsmanship. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate has: 3+ years of masonry experience Experience with chimney tuckpointing and rebuilds Experience installing brick and stone veneer Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills A positive, team-first attitude Pride in producing high-quality work A valid driver's license Applicants should provide their own basic hand tools. Overhead Solutions will provide the company vehicle, materials, specialty equipment, and additional tools needed to perform the work.
