Job Description
We are a small residential and light commercial framing company looking to grow our crew. We take on new framing projects year-round and are currently hiring for 4 different positions based on experience and ability. Lead Framer — $45
- 50/hrMust be able to manage a framing project and crew from start to finish. Must be able to read plans, handle layout, stay ahead of the crew, and make sure the project is built correctly and efficiently. Second Lead / Foreman — $30
- 35/hrMust have solid framing experience and be able to work with minimal supervision. Must understand plans, layout, walls, floors, roofs, sheathing, and be capable of helping lead the crew. Framer — $25
- 30/hrMust understand the basics of framing, be able to read a tape accurately, make accurate cuts, use a skill saw and framing nailer, and understand basic wall, floor, and roof framing. Entry-Level / Framing Helper — $20
- 25/hrFor someone newer to framing who has the basics down.
