Lead Carpenter / Experienced Framer We're growing and looking to add a few solid guys to the crew. We currently have 2 positions available. Experienced Framer If you know the basics of framing, we'd love to talk.

If you can:

Read a tape Cut and measure accurately Build walls, floors, and roofs Cut angles Run a nail gun safely Show up ready to work You've already got what we're looking for. You don't have to know everything. If you've got a good attitude and want to improve, we'll help you continue learning and moving up. Lead Carpenter We're also looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter. This position is for someone who can run a job from start to finish with very little supervision.

You should be able to:

Read blueprints Lay out floors, walls, and roofs Keep production moving Manage a crew Solve problems on site Deliver quality work without someone looking over your shoulder This is a leadership position with higher pay based on experience and ability. What We Offer Weekly pay 50-60 hours most weeks Year-round residential framing Opportunity to grow as the company grows Pay based on experience

Experienced Framers:

Starting around $25-$35/hr

Lead Carpenters:

Up to $50/hr depending on experience, leadership, and ability to run projects successfully. If you're dependable, work hard, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay:

$25.88 - $50.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
