Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Carpenters and Roofers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of carpentry and roofing projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Whether working on residential, commercial, or restoration projects, you will play a vital role in transforming structures and delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities execute carpentry and roofing tasks. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools. Perform roofing repairs and installations, including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing systems. Install siding, drywall, trim carpentry, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision. Conduct heavy lifting and material fabrication as needed for framing. Follow all construction safety regulations by using safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocol adherence throughout all phases of work. Assist with remodeling or restoration projects by applying carpentry skills such as caulking, tile laying. Skills Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and fabrication equipment efficiently. Knowledge of roofing techniques including metal roofing, shingling and single-ply membrane systems. Ability to interpret detailed construction plans accurately. Experience with siding installation (vinyl or other materials), drywall finishing, stucco is a plus and trim carpentry. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures for outdoor work environments. Competence in working with various materials such as concrete forms, metal studs, framing lumber, and roofing membranes. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety protocol adherence.

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
