Accountability matters. Type of Work 65% remodels & renovations 25% residential new construction 10% repairs and maintenance Primary focus is carpentry, including:

• Interpret plans, drawings and descriptions of projects to be completed
• Perform construction duties including layout, demo, Installation of finished products
• Help to ensure quality and safety
• Anticipate the needs of projects and communicate them in a timely manner
• Communicate with clients onsite
• Identify and resolve problems onsite
• Provide updates to project manager/ lead carpenter
• Record hours and expenses for job costing
• Maintain a professional appearance appropriate for the job
• Accurately track hours to jobs using mobile app

• 4:30 PM Flexible hours when needed Occasional overtime and occasional weekend work Work area includes The Mat-Su and Anchorage .

Requirements Reliable personal vehicle Clean driving record Smart phone and ability to use it for work and tracking hours.
