Job Description

Overview We are seeking skilled Carpenters and Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety. The Carpenter/Laborer will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship. We are willing to train the right people. Responsibilities Perform frame carpentry, including constructing and installing building frameworks such as walls, floors, and doorframes. Execute concrete forming tasks for foundations, slabs, and other structures. Apply caulking to seal joints and gaps in various installations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Assist in trim carpentry work, including installing moldings and baseboards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Experience in carpentry or labor-related roles is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery commonly used in carpentry work. Experience in concrete forming, frame carpentry, caulking, trim carpentry, flooring installation is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various construction projects. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
