Summary As a Carpenter, you will be constructing, repairing, and installing wooden structures, fixtures, and frameworks for both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing wood materials while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and precision. Strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety and efficiency are essential. Duties and Responsibilities

• Be on time to all jobs, following Pentoir Dress Code and Standards.
• Follow project direction from supervisor/project manager.
• Follow project specifications and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other materials according to project specifications.
• Construct, install, and repair structures such as framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other wood components.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and disposal of materials.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure job expectations are met.
• Inspect completed work for quality and touch up as necessary. Qualifications
• Prior experience in construction carpentry is required.
• Excellent communication skills to give and receive direction effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Requirements
• Be available to work from 6:00 AM
• 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Work hours may vary per week depending on the needs of current ongoing projects.
• Saturday availability may be needed but will be communicated in advance.
• Must have a clean driving record with a valid license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
