Scaffold Foremen & Scaffold Builders Legacy Group is
NOW HIRING
experienced Scaffold Foremen and Scaffold Builders for upcoming industrial projects. We are looking for experienced scaffold professionals who understand industrial scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling and can work safely and efficiently as part of a crew. This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous scaffold experience is
REQUIRED.
Pay Scaffold Foreman:
$28.00-$30.00 per hour
Scaffold Builders:
$24.00-$26.00 per hour Pay will be based on position, experience, and qualifications. Scaffold Foreman Responsibilities Lead and supervise scaffold crews during erection and dismantling Coordinate daily work assignments and crew activities Ensure scaffolding is erected safely and according to project requirements Maintain productivity while enforcing safety procedures Inspect work areas and identify potential hazards Communicate effectively with supervisors, safety personnel, and crew members Assist with scaffold erection and dismantling as needed Maintain accountability for tools, materials, and equipment Ensure crew members follow all site and company safety requirements Scaffold Builder Responsibilities Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems Carry, stage, and organize scaffold components Install scaffold frames, braces, planks, guardrails, toe boards, and related components Work safely at various heights and elevations Inspect scaffold components before use Follow direction from Scaffold Foremen and site supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company and site-specific safety procedures Requirements Previous scaffold building experience
REQUIRED
Scaffold Foremen must have previous leadership or foreman experience Must have your own scaffold tools Must be comfortable working at heights Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, and performing demanding industrial work Must understand basic scaffold safety practices Must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled Must be able to work effectively as part of a crew Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions Must comply with all drug screening, safety, and site-access requirements as applicable to the project Reliable transportation required What We're Looking For We're looking for experienced scaffold professionals who take safety seriously, work well with a crew, and understand that productivity and quality matter. Foremen should be confident leading from the front and keeping their crews organized, safe, and productive.
