• You show up prepared, on time, and ready to lead your team each day What You'll Do As a Lead Carpenter, you'll be responsible for both executing high-quality work and leading your crew to do the same: Lead and manage a crew of carpenters and laborers on active job sites Direct daily tasks, maintain workflow, and ensure accountability across the team Execute and oversee work on custom home builds, renovations, and additions Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Perform and supervise framing, finish carpentry, and high-end detail work Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to plan specifications Train, mentor, and develop crew members to strengthen overall team performance You'll help uphold a reputation built over three generations by living out our core values: Communication•Clear, consistent, and professional Honesty•Transparency with clients and teammates Competence•Quality work, done right the first time Profitability•Respect for time, materials, and resources Customer Empathy•Treating every home like it's your own What You Bring 3+ years of hands-on carpentry or residential construction experience ( lead or crew leadership experience preferred ) Proven ability to lead and manage a small crew effectively on a job site Strong ability to read plans, layout work, and execute with accuracy Confidence using hand and power tools safely and efficiently Reliable transportation, strong work ethic, and solid references Willingness to complete a tape measure test during the interview What You'll Get Full-time, consistent work with a respected custom home builder Paid vacation and major holidays 401(k) with company matching Health insurance A supportive, team-oriented environment that values craftsmanship and leadership Opportunities to lead meaningful projects you'll be proud of
