Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Construction Finish/Punch Out Employee for residential home building remodeling and other construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for completing final touches on construction projects, ensuring all aspects meet quality standards and client expectations. You will be helping transform completed structures into completed, functional spaces ready for occupancy. The company is located in Guntersville Alabama. Projects will be based in Marshall, Jackson, and southern Madison counties.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE. MUST BE DRUG FREE AND PASS A DRUG TEST. MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OFFICE. PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER LISTED IF INTERESTED.
Responsibilities Perform detailed interior and exterior finishing tasks including miscellaneous construction punch out and installation of miscellaneous items. Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality craftsmanship. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks. Assist with remodeling and new construction projects as needed. Coordinate with construction manager to ensure timely completion of punch list items and resolve any deficiencies or issues on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in residential construction. Strong knowledge of all aspects of construction is beneficial. Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, sanders, etc. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in building finishing tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
