We don't just do one thing, and neither will you. If you are a seasoned pro who can frame a deck on Monday, finish drywall on Wednesday, and lay custom bathroom tile on Friday without skipping a beat, you'll fit right in. This position requires someone who can work independently, solve problems on-site, and represent our company professionally to homeowners.

Core Responsibilities:

Carpentry (Rough & Finish): Handle everything from structural framing for additions and decks to hanging doors, installing windows, and running intricate baseboard and crown molding.

Bathroom Remodeling & Tile:

Execute custom tile layouts, waterproofing systems, and stone/ceramic installations for high-end bathrooms.

Interior Work:

Perform professional-grade drywall installation, taping, mudding, texture matching, and painting.

Flooring:

Install hardwood, LVP, and tile flooring smoothly and efficiently.

Project Execution:

Read blueprints/sketches, estimate material needs for tasks, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or general carpentry (Journeyman level preferred).

Skill Breadth:

Proven proficiency in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, tile, basic fixture installation).

Tools:

Must have your own reliable hand tools and standard cordless power tools. (Specialty/large equipment provided by the company).

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and a reliable truck/SUV capable of transporting basic tools to local jobsites.

Mindset:

Strong work ethic, reliable punctuality, and excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and homeowners.

Pay:

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
