This role focuses on cutting, prepping, and organizing materials to ensure smooth and efficient installation of interior finish work. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable with power tools, and enjoy working as part of a high-performing crew, this is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and prepare materials (trim, casing, baseboards, panels, hardwood, etc.) based on lead carpenter specifications. Safely operate power tools such as miter saws, table saws, jigsaws, drills, and sanders. Stage and organize materials for efficient workflow on the jobsite.
Perform basic installation support:
holding materials, fastening, leveling, or pre-assembling components. Skills Extensive experience in trim construction Experience using basic power tools (miter saw, drill, etc.) required. Ability to read a tape measure accurately (to 1/16"). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise direction.
Pay:
$15.00 - $27.00 per hour Application Question(s):
