Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from metal building erection to restoration and remodeling, utilizing your expertise in various construction disciplines. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Perform metal building erection, including framing, siding, roofing, and structural assembly with precision and safety in mind Construct concrete forms, install rebar, and execute concrete finishing tasks to ensure durable and high-quality surfaces Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and perform heavy lifting safely on-site Execute masonry work such as stucco, plastering, and trim carpentry to achieve desired aesthetic and structural outcomes Install metal stud framing, siding, roofing materials, and perform drywall or plastering as needed for remodeling or restoration projects Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools; perform dimensional measurements for framing and carpentry tasks Collaborate with team members to interpret technical schematics and ensure adherence to construction plans Assist with the operation of heavy equipment for site preparation or material handling when required Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, or related construction fields Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other essential construction equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing (including metal stud framing), and drywall or plastering skills Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during construction tasks Valid experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us if you're ready to bring your construction expertise into a vibrant environment where your skills make a real difference!
