This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in building construction, remodeling, and a wide range of trade skills, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Perform building material installation including flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and door hanging. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to complete framing, roofing, masonry, plastering, stucco, and restoration tasks. Install windows, doors, cabinetry, and hardware while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Collaborate with team members on construction estimating, project planning, and fabrication tasks for efficient project execution. Skills Extensive experience with building construction techniques including framing, trim carpentry, masonry, roofing, and stucco application. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and heavy equipment operation for various remodeling tasks. Knowledge of electrical systems installation and plumbing to support comprehensive renovation projects. Strong understanding of safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment on all construction sites.
