Carpenter Helper / Laborer

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Carpenter Helper to join our team. This role supports our lead carpenters on a variety of residential and/or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and installing materials Carry, load, and organize tools, lumber, and job materials Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized Help with framing, demolition, trim work, and general carpentry tasks Follow instructions and work closely with the carpentry team Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with coworkers and clients Assist with various drainage and erosion control projects. Requirements Previous construction, drainage, erosion or carpentry experience is a plus but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Basic knowledge of tools and job-site safety Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
