Read This First. This job is hard. Real hard. You'll haul steel posts and heavy panels across yards all day. You'll run a pneumatic post driver until your arms are done. About the work:

We drive galvanized steel posts deep into undisturbed ground with a pneumatic driver. Faster. Cleaner. Stronger foundation than concrete in disturbed dirt. You'll learn a system most fence guys in this state have never touched. We move fast. We build clean. We hold a high standard. Our crews are small and tight — and they don't carry dead weight.

What You'll Do:

Drive posts. Run the pneumatic driver. Set steel posts plumb, to depth, on line. Haul. Steel posts, wood, panels, gates, tools. Truck to fence line. All day, every day. Tear out. Rip out old fence, posts, and concrete footings to make room for the new one. Pull line and set layout. Straight fences start before the first post goes in. Build. Rails, pickets, panels, gates. Back up your Team Lead. Whatever they need, you're already on it. Keep the job moving. One task ends, the next one starts. No standing around. Leave it clean. Our system leaves no dirt piles and no concrete splatter. Keep it that way — pick up the site, protect the customer's yard, load the truck.

The Honest Truth:

Long days. 11 hours, 4-5 days a week. Heavy lifting. 50-80 lbs. Over and over. The driver is not easy. It's loud, it vibrates, and it takes real strength and control to run it right. Hearing protection is required, not optional. Tear-out is the ugliest part of the job. Old concrete, rusted wire, rotted wood, wasp nests. Somebody has to do it. That somebody is the crew. Heat. Arkansas summer. 95°+ and humid. Long pants required — no shorts on the job. We track production. Every crew, every week. You'll know exactly where you stand. Late is not tolerated. You'll be gone.
