Crawson Corporation is looking for a dependable, hardworking Millwork Craftsman / Carpenter to join our production team. This position is a hands-on role working in our architectural millwork shop to build, assemble, and finish high-quality wood products that will be installed on projects across the country. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, has good attention to detail, is comfortable using hand and power tools, and is willing to learn new skills. Experience in carpentry, woodworking, cabinetry, construction, or manufacturing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic. Responsibilities Build, assemble, and prepare architectural millwork and wood components according to project specifications. Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment. Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, measurements, and production documents. Measure, cut, drill, sand, assemble, and prepare materials for finishing and installation. Perform detail-oriented work while maintaining company quality standards. Assist with the construction and assembly of cabinets, casework, countertops, panels, trim, and other millwork components. Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper fit. Make adjustments and corrections when necessary. Keep materials, tools, and work areas organized. Work closely with other members of the production team to meet project deadlines. Assist in other areas of the shop when needed. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Take care of company tools, equipment, and materials. Construction or remodeling experience. Experience reading shop drawings or plans. Experience using table saws, miter saws, routers, drills, sanders, or other woodworking equipment. Experience with assembly and installation. Forklift experience or willingness to become certified. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to work. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
