BUILD SOMETHING BIG IN RUSSELLVILLE.

Gleeson is hiring experienced Carpenters for a major food-processing expansion in Russellville, Arkansas. This isn't residential carpentry. You'll join the crew building a new spiral freezer addition and ready-to-eat (RTE) processing upgrades at an operating food manufacturing facility. From concrete forms and insulated metal panels to doors, openings, and building layout, you'll see a large industrial project take shape from the ground up. Gleeson has been building food-processing and cold-storage facilities for decades, and we're looking for skilled craftspeople who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong construction team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms for foundations, slabs, curbs, equipment pads, and other concrete work Install insulated metal wall and ceiling panel systems (IMP) used throughout food-processing and freezer facilities Install doors, frames, and related building components Perform building layout and take accurate field measurements Read and work from construction drawings, blueprints, and details Build scaffolding and temporary construction structures as required Assist with miscellaneous carpentry and building-envelope work Work alongside Gleeson's concrete, steel, and construction crews to complete the project Maintain the quality and cleanliness standards required in an active food-processing environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous carpentry experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable reading construction drawings, using standard carpentry tools and equipment, taking accurate measurements, and working safely in an active construction environment. You must be physically able to perform construction work, including lifting up to 75 lbs., and be willing to follow all Gleeson and project-specific safety requirements. Pre-employment, post-offer drug screen and physical required.
