Job Description

Job Duties Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Perform a variety of tasks involving use of hands tools, such as, but not limited to, minor demolishing activities, wood, and metal stud framing Prepare material takeoffs Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard Operate a variety of hand and power tools and company equipment Receive materials and offload in a safe and proficient Prepare surfaces for paint and other applications Other duties, as assigned. Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), and weekends. Employees will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act. Experience, Skillset, & Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent desired, and 2 to 3 years experience in skilled carpentry Favorable driver's record/valid license. Must successfully complete background check and drug/alcohol Skilled in Reading Writing and Math Ability to read Blueprints Accuracy detailed oriented organized reliability responsible safety awareness accountability ambition active listening applied learning conflict resolution customer-oriented decision making.
