You will work directly alongside the owner on high end residential jobs, assisting with trim packages, interior and exterior door installs, closet shelving, tongue and groove ceilings and walls, siding and other various finish carpentry tasks. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills and learn advanced finish carpentry techniques right on the job. Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install baseboards, casing, doors, and trim efficiently, accurately and cleanly. Basic knowledge of framing Properly set interior and exterior doors and basic knowledge of locksets and interior handles Maintain clean and safe work environments. Assist with set up, teardown and jobsite cleanliness. Take direction well, adapt to job site needs, and maintain quality control. Requirements Proficient in reading a tape measure quickly and accurately down to 1/64th". Basic knowledge of hand tools, miter saws, table saws and circular saws. Strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude. Eager to learn new techniques and continuously improve quality of work.
