We are looking for a Lead Carpenter and a Skilled Carpenter to join our team. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced with cabinet assembly and installation. Position 1:

Lead Carpenter Responsibilities:

Interpret and work from sketches, shop drawings, and blueprints Assemble and install cabinetry and closets to high-quality standards Operate power tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Maintain precision and accuracy within 1/16" tolerances Assist with workflow coordination and job site execution

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Cabinetmaker Certificate preferred 1-3 years of hands-on cabinetry experience (shop or field) Strong knowledge of power tools (saws, routers, jointer) CNC experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Must be able to pass drug and/or alcohol testing Position 2: Skilled Carpenter (Cabinetry Labor)

Responsibilities:

Assist with cabinet and closet assembly and installation Operate power tools safely and efficiently Support shop and job site tasks as needed
