We are looking for a Lead Carpenter and a Skilled Carpenter to join our team. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced with cabinet assembly and installation. Position 1:
Lead Carpenter Responsibilities:
Interpret and work from sketches, shop drawings, and blueprints Assemble and install cabinetry and closets to high-quality standards Operate power tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently Maintain precision and accuracy within 1/16" tolerances Assist with workflow coordination and job site executionQualifications:
High school diploma required; Cabinetmaker Certificate preferred 1-3 years of hands-on cabinetry experience (shop or field) Strong knowledge of power tools (saws, routers, jointer) CNC experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Must be able to pass drug and/or alcohol testing Position 2: Skilled Carpenter (Cabinetry Labor)Responsibilities:
Assist with cabinet and closet assembly and installation Operate power tools safely and efficiently Support shop and job site tasks as neededQualifications:
High school diploma required 1-3 years of hands-on carpentry or cabinetry experience Experience with power tools (saws, routers, jointer) Valid driver's license required Physically able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Must be able to pass drug and/or alcohol testingWhat We Offer:
