In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, from framing and drywall installation to finishing and remodeling projects. Your expertise will help bring construction plans to life, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and allow you to grow professionally within a vibrant construction environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools. Construct frameworks for walls, floors, ceilings, roofing, and other structures with precision. Install siding, drywall, stucco, trim carpentry, metal studs, and other finishing materials. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work as needed. Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as metal building erection or site preparation. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; ability to interpret construction plans accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and measuring devices for dimensional accuracy. Knowledge of metal building erection, rebar installation, drywall installation, roofing, siding, and remodeling techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as required. Familiarity with basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations on-site. Experience with welding, plastering, framing carpentry, woodwork, restoration projects or heavy equipment operation is a plus.
