Job Description

Superintendent - Lead Finish Carpenter (North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Rio Verde) JP Malone Construction Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Finish Carpenter / Superintendent for residential remodeling and new custom home projects in the North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Rio Verde areas. We are an established company with 42 years in business and a consistent workload. We are seeking a professional with experience in custom homes and high-end remodels who can read architectural blueprints, follow Critical Path Schedules, and manage material and work lists. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, trades, and team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in finish carpentry, remodeling, new home builds, or a related field Reliable transportation Experience with custom home cabinetry, trim packages, millwork, and finish details Experience with minor repairs and punch work Ability to read architectural blueprints and a tape measure accurately Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Reliable attendance and professionalism
Preferred Experience:
Luxury custom homes Trim installation and final punch execution Window and door installation High-end residential remodeling We look for individuals who take pride in producing clean, high-quality work and understand the value of working with custom materials.
