Job Summary Kappcon is seeking to hire experienced Framer to join our growing team immediately. We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Qualified candidates must have extensive framing experience, provide their own tools and transportation, and possess a valid forklift certification. Duties Perform residential and/or commercial framing according to project plans and specifications. Layout, measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal framing components. Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of framing experience required. Current Forklift Certification required. Must own and maintain personal framing tools. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong knowledge of construction safety practices. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Requirements Own tools necessary to perform framing work. Reliable transportation. Forklift certification. Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings. Valid driver's license preferred. Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
