Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Remodeler to spearhead residential remodeling project. In this role, you will lead a team of skilled craftsmen, coordinate remodeling activities, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and various trade skills will drive successful project execution and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of remodeling projects, from initial planning through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Lead and have knowledge of the following carpentry, masonry, electricial, plumbing, and other tradespeople to execute remodeling tasks efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution accurately. Manage construction site activities, including heavy equipment operation, concrete finishing, roofing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and fixture installation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular construction inspections to maintain a safe work environment. Coordinate with clients and coworkers to communicate progress updates and address any project concerns promptly. Perform quality control checks on all work completed to meet company standards and client expectations. Manage procurement of materials like trim carpentry supplies, stucco components, glass panels, cabinetry, and hardscape elements. Supervise the proper use of hand tools and power tools while maintaining equipment safety standards. Facilitate restoration work including plastering, caulking, masonry repairs, and general site cleanup. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in remodeling projects across residential or commercial sites. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction inspection processes. Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, door hanging), roofing, masonry (concrete forming & finishing), welding, flooring installation (tile & hardwood), plastering, stucco application, glass installation, cabinet setup, drywall finishing (construction painting), restoration techniques, hardscape design & installation. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to construction sites is preferred. Hands-on experience with fixture installation including lighting fixtures and appliances. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise execution of complex projects.
