Rogall + Co. is hiring an experienced Carpenter to lead wood repair and restoration on homes across California's Central Coast. If you can diagnose damage, make a precise repair, and take pride in work that protects a home for years, we want to meet you. For two decades, we've specialized in defending coastal homes from the damage sun, salt air, water, and insects do to wood. We approach every home like students of science — diagnose first, then repair it right. We invest in our people and promote from within. What you'll do Perform wood damage repair, deck restoration, siding, trim, and related carpentry Diagnose the source of damage and make lasting repairs Measure, cut, and install with precision and care Represent Rogall + Co. professionally in customers' homes Mentor apprentices and help uphold our quality standards What we're looking for 2+ years of professional carpentry experience Skilled in repair carpentry, decks, siding, and trim Strong problem-solving and precise craftsmanship Professional, reliable, and great with homeowners Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday-Friday Pay & benefits $25-38 per hour, depending on experience and skill Health/medical insurance Paid training and a clear path to advance 401(k) retirement Schedule & location: Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Based in Morro Bay, CA, serving San Luis Obispo County and the Central Coast.
