You will lead installation crews on commercial interior projects in grocery stores, big-box retailers, and retail malls. Who You Are You are a leader who runs a job site the way it should be run, on time, on spec, and with zero guesswork for your crew You take pride in reading a set of plans once and knowing exactly how to communicate the work to your team You love being hands-on and would never ask your crew to do something you would not do yourself You believe quality and safety are the same conversation, not two separate ones You are the kind of foreman project managers trust to handle the field so they can focus on what is next You bring a minimum of eight years of finish carpentry experience and have managed crews of four or more Who We Are Final Phase Construction is a commercial interior contractor specializing in fixture installation, millwork, and finish carpentry for retail environments Owners and general contractors choose us year after year for their most demanding and complex finish carpentry projects We are known as problem solvers who excel in logistics, scheduling, and the integration of sophisticated building elements Our projects span grocery stores, big-box retailers, and retail malls across the Western United States What You Will Do Each Day Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters and installers through daily tasks, assignments, and workflow Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications and communicate work plans to your team Install and oversee installation of commercial fixtures, modular cabinets, countertops, trim, and wall paneling Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance on the job site Track project progress, crew hours, and materials used and report status to project managers Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and project management Why You'll Love Working Here $35 to $45 per hour based on experience Full-time seasonal Finish Carpenter Foreman position (seasonal downtime typically December through February) All travel time is paid Per diem provided for out-of-town assignments Mileage reimbursement 50% company-paid health insurance 40 hours PTO in your first year 8 to 10 hour shifts with approximately 40-hour weeks during the 2026 season Next Steps If this Finish Carpenter Foreman role matches your experience and leadership style, apply today.
