Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, remodeling, Drywall, Paintin, light electrica, Light Plumbing, Flooring. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects by utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, craftsmanship, and a proactive approach to safety and quality. MUST have tools and reliable transportation. Weekly compensation for vehicle use, Gas provided. Responsibilities Read and interpret scope of work to accurately execute project requirements. Construct, install, repair, and remodel structures using various materials. Execute trim carpentry, framing, drywall installation, plastering, and woodworking tasks with attention to detail. Building and installing cabinets as a plus. Operate hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other equipment efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met and specifications are followed. Perform heavy lifting safely during material handling and assist in site setup or cleanup as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction environments with a strong background in carpentry-related tasks. Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans. Skilled in interior and exterior work, including drywall finishing. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and perform dimensional measurements accurately. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and ability to work safely in demanding environments involving heavy lifting. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to construction projects. Experience with remodeling projects or woodworking is a plus.
