Irish Downs Inc is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Rocklin, CA! Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for construction projects Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, framing, and cabinetry Inspect and repair damaged frameworks, structures, and fixtures Collaborate with other tradespeople and crew members to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations Select and use appropriate tools, equipment, and materials for each task
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry, framing, finish work, or a related trade Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
