We're looking for an experienced hands -on Lead Carpenter to run jobs. If you have hands-on carpentry experience with remodeling, dryrot, termite, or wood-destroying organism (WDO) Pest repair work we want to hear from you. About the Role As Lead Carpenter, you'll be on site and hands-on for every job — this is a working lead role, not a supervisor-only position. You'll perform the carpentry work alongside the crew while also making sure the job stays on track, on schedule, and up to quality standards. This role is a great fit for a skilled carpenter who wants to stay hands-on. Responsibilities Perform hands-on framing, subfloor, siding, trim, and general carpentry/pest repair work from the ground up. Read and work from (WDO) Termite/Pest Report estimates and scopes of work Identify and communicate additional damage or scope changes to management Ensure jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Coordinate materials, tools, and daily job site logistics Train and mentor less experienced crew members Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and real estate agents on site Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, remodel or structural repair (dry rot/termite/pest repair experience strongly preferred) Working knowledge of repair and construction from the foundation up to the roof, including framing, subflooring, sill plates, siding, sheathing, roofing/eaves, trim, plumbing and finish carpentry Ability to read repair estimates and work independently Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Own hand tools required Benefits Competitive pay Company vehicle with gas card Company cell phone Paid vacation/sick leave and holiday pay Health & dental coverage 401(k) package
