Job Description

Tiger Construction is seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to perform work in East County San Diego. The ideal candidate will have strong general carpentry skills and experience performing exterior and interior repair work on residential and commercial projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Replace wood and other types of fencing with metal fencing Perform stucco patching and minor exterior repairs Perform exterior painting Remove vegetation, brush, and overgrowth as required Install and replace windows Perform general carpentry, repair, and building maintenance work Safely operate common hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow project plans, specifications, safety requirements, and company procedures
Qualifications:
Journeyman-level carpentry experience Experience with fencing, stucco repair, painting, window installation, and general construction Ability to work independently and lead a crew Ability to read and understand basic construction plans and instructions Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Must be able to perform physical construction work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors About the
Position:
This is a hands-on construction position involving a variety of repair and improvement projects. Candidates should be dependable, experienced, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in different environments and on multiple types of construction tasks.
Pay:
$80.71 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
