Mone Construction Co Inc is looking for a experienced Carpenter to join our crew, and would be responsible for high quality workmanship of luxury residential construction projects. What you'll be doing: Lead and perform hands-on carpentry work throughout all phases of construction Take ownership of day-to-day work on site Direct and support crew members, subcontractors, and other trades on site Identify and resolve construction challenges in real time Follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe job site What we're looking for: 5+ years of residential carpentry experience Strong understanding of residential construction and job site sequencing Ability to read and work from plans and specifications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities Team-oriented with a willingness to help others and share knowledge Comfortable communicating directly with clients and representing the company with professionalism Reliable transportation to job sites in San Francisco and nearby areas
