Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finish Carpenter / Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry and installation work across a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and schematics into beautifully finished spaces, contributing to the overall success of our renovation, restoration, and new construction initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that demand craftsmanship, efficiency, and a proactive approach. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry and installation tasks Install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, and fixtures with precision and care Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing, wood framing, and drywall installation as needed for project scope Use hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to complete projects Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and rebar installation when required Execute restoration tasks such as water damage remediation, mold remediation, and structural repairs with attention to detail Assist in the fabrication of custom components and fixtures in the shop or on-site to meet project specifications Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution Maintain compliance with safety standards and construction codes throughout all phases of work Qualifications Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related construction roles Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and fabrication techniques Experience with construction estimating processes is a plus Familiarity with various construction disciplines such as masonry, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, drywall finishing, and fixture installation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites Knowledge of restoration industry practices including mold remediation and water damage restoration is advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship Valid driver's license with reliable transportation preferred; ability to work at multiple job sites as needed Join our team to build exceptional spaces through skilled craftsmanship!
