$40.00•50.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (overtime may be available) Overview Ben Hardy & Company is hiring a Lead Carpenter to support high-end residential remodeling projects in San Francisco and surrounding areas. This role involves both structural and finish carpentry, working closely with a small, experienced team to execute detailed, design-focused renovations. What You'll Do Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, finish carpentry, and cabinet installation Interpret construction drawings and coordinate with project leads Maintain quality standards across all phases of construction Support coordination with subcontractors and other trades on-site Identify and resolve construction challenges in real time Follow all job site safety requirements and company procedures What We're Looking Fo r 3+ years of residential carpentry experience Experience with both rough and finish carpentry Ability to read and work from plans and specifications Strong attention to detail and job site organization Reliable transportation to job sites in San Francisco and nearby areas Familiarity with Procore or similar project management tools is a plus About the Company Ben Hardy & Company is a residential general contractor serving San Francisco, Marin, and Alameda counties.
